Made from 100% yellow peas, ZENB Pasta is an exciting new twist on a much-loved kitchen staple. Easy to cook and packed with protein, ZENB pasta is a tasty new addition to try with all your favourite pasta dishes.
Bring 4 Litres of water to a boil. Add salt to taste.
Add ZENB Pasta.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired firmness, 10 minutes for a more al dente pasta and 13 minutes for a softer texture.
Drain well and serve, just as you would traditional pasta.
Water may foam as a natural result of the cooking process for yellow peas.
