Rewards Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE ZENB REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAMME CAREFULLY ("PROGRAMME TERMS").  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE PROGRAMME TERMS BELOW.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROGRAMME TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAMME.


1. Who we are

We are Mizkan Euro Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 08053234 and our registered office is located at 1st Floor Building 4 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YE. 


References in these Programme Terms to “ZENB”, "we", "us", "our" are each a reference to Mizkan Euro Ltd. You can contact us using the details which are provided on our Contact Us page and using the details below.

2. Membership & Eligibility

The ZENB Rewards Programme (“Programme”) is a free rewards programme offered by us to our customers located in the UK. Membership in the Programme (“Membership”) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Programme. You must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United Kingdom to be eligible for Membership. 


By joining the Programme and becoming a Programme member, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Member”), agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Programme Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Programme Terms”). You should review these Programme Terms and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Programme as they may change from time to time. These Programme Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services. If you do not agree to these Programme Terms you cannot participate in the Programme.



3. Earning Points

For your purchase to qualify for the Programme, you must be enrolled in the Programme and be signed into your online account at the time of purchase on the ZENB website, www.zenb.co.uk("Site"). You are able to earn points by creating an account, making eligible purchases, referring new customers, following us on our social media channels, telling us your birthday, signing up to a subscription and making three subscription orders, or leaving a product review. All Members enjoy a variety of benefits made available by ZENB from time to time (“Benefits”). The type, timing and availability of any Benefits (including rewards, special offers, sweepstakes, one-of-a-kind experiences, exclusive events and advance access to products) will be determined by ZENB in its sole discretion.

Members receive 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases on zenb.co.uk* and this is rounded down to the nearest whole number (for example, £14.99 is rounded down to 14 points). Eligible purchases only include regular full priced products and will exclude things like eGift Cards, discounts, and shipping and delivery charges. All points earned from eligible purchases on the Site are pending until your order ships, at which point they are fully matured and capable of redemption. 


Points themselves have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards found on the Site's rewards page, seen at https://zenb.co.uk/pages/rewards. ZENB may, in its sole discretion, allow points to be redeemed for other benefits or items of merchandise from time to time. However, unless expressly permitted by ZENB, points are never redeemable for cash, for another product, for gift cards or for e-gift certificates and points cannot be used as payment for any of our subscription programmes.


*Purchases made on any other Zenb site or any other platform such as AMAZON are not eligible.


Points expire after 365 days from when they are earned. Be sure you’re shopping with the same account/email each time to earn points and keep your account active.



4. Redeeming Benefits and Rewards

Points can only be redeemed online through the Site and are not transferrable to our US or Japanese offering or other sales partners or platforms (like Amazon).


To redeem offers and rewards, you must have (1) accumulated the minimum number of points as established by us for a particular Benefit, (2) logged in to your Programme account and (3) use a Mainland UK shipping address if delivery is involved (as we cannot ship outside of the UK). 


You will find your eligible offers and Rewards (with offer codes if applicable) listed in your personal account. Qualifying Members will receive email invitations when event rewards are available if they have not opted-out of receiving Programme emails. 


The retail value of a Benefit does not count toward ZENB's free shipping threshold nor are any further points earned. 


Offers and rewards are available while supplies last and any substitutions will only be made with your agreement. You are not required to redeem your accumulated rewards and/or benefits. 


Neither accounts nor Programme rewards, benefits and/or points may be shared or combined. Only the Member paying for the products may accumulate rewards, benefits and/or points.   


We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to change Programme benefits, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Programme activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Programme, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn, in a given time period or for the duration of the Programme, and/or any combination thereof.



5. Programme Communications

By enrolling in the Programme, you will be receiving Programme related emails but not ZENB marketing emails. 


You will be given the opportunity to subscribe to ZENB marketing emails. If you do subscribe, you may then opt-out of receiving ZENB marketing emails at any time by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link provided in the email or as otherwise provided in the ZENB Privacy Policy, but operational emails will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Programme. Examples of these include, but are not limited to, a redemption confirmation email, a new points acquisition email, a profile update email, or other communications that relate to your account. If you terminate your Programme membership, you will no longer receive Programme-related communications.



6. Termination and Modification

The Programme and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Programme Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Programme or any aspect or feature of the Programme from time to time, for example to change the rules and rates for earning points, for legal or security reasons or to reflect changes to our business, services or commercial priorities. We will not make any significant variations without providing you with reasonable prior notice.


Any suspected abuse of the Programme, failure to follow any Programme Terms, membership inactivity (i.e. no points earned or redeemed) for more than 24 months, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Programme Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorised use of any Programme rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, may result in the termination of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Programme. If your membership is terminated, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Programme and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or breach of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion. 


If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Programme, you may cancel your membership at any time by opting-out in your account on the Site or contacting support@zenb.com.



7. Limitation of Liability

If we fail to comply with these Programme Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Programme Terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us when you enrolled.


We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to any of the ZENB products.


We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the Programme for domestic and private use. If you use the Programme for any commercial or business purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.



8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Programme Terms will be governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. 



9. Privacy

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Programme, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your Programme membership, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the ZENB Privacy Policy
