OUR INGREDIENTS
Every vegetable is chosen with care, such as the fresh whole cherry tomatoes, or the unpeeled whole carrots sourced fresh from the fields of the UK. Our whole vegetable promise ensures with every serving you are getting 1 of your 5 a day and a source of fibre.
We keep our sauce ingredients simple, no fancy words needed! We use lemon juice to manage PH levels and there is no use of calcium chloride, thickeners or artificial flavours or colours.
OUR PROCESS
Our ZENB Gourmet sauces are made using the traditional french cooking method called the confit process. This ‘slow cooking' culinary technique coaxes out the natural sweetness of the vegetables, adds depth, intensity and flavour complexity, as well as tenderising the texture.

Sweet Carrot, Tomato & Oregano
- Fragrant, robust tomatoes, herbs, and spices are paired with sweet, whole carrots (with skin) and our unique slow-cooked confit of onion, garlic, olive oil, rice vinegar and sea salt.
- Delicious folded in with our ZENB Pasta or as a soup base, Bloody Mary mix, and more.
Cherry Tomato Garlic & Basil
- Whole tomatoes (with skin and seeds), blended with herbs, spices, and our unique slow-cooked confit of onion, garlic, olive oil, rice vinegar and sea salt.
- Perfect with our ZENB Pasta or as a flavourful base for pizzas, soups, lasagnes and more.
REd PEpper, sauteed onion & olive oil
- Inspired by the simple, fresh flavours of Tuscany, our new gourmet sauce combines roasted red bell peppers (including stems and seeds), with sautéed onions, almonds, and olive oil, for a robust sauce perfect for pasta or anything grilled.
Aubergine ragu
- Made using as much of the whole vegetable as possible, our Aubergine Ragu sauce is full of silky diced aubergines, rich with tomatoes and a careful balance of herbs.
Mushroom ragu
- This plant based ragu sauce is full of light savoury mushrooms, spices and juicy flavours, mixed with the warm and hearty taste of garlic, black pepper and red wine.
