This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and for breach of your legal rights in relation to our Website.

11. Other important terms
11.1 You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms of Use to another person if we agree to this in writing.
11.2 These terms are between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of them. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to make any changes to these Terms of Use.
11.3 If any part of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the rest will continue in force. Each paragraph of these Terms of Use operates separately.
11.4 If we waive any rights available to us under these Terms of Use (or any other applicable terms) on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. For example, if we do not insist you immediately do something you are required to do under these Terms of Use or we delay in taking steps against you if you breach these Terms of Use, that will not mean that we can't ask you to do those things in the future or that we cannot take steps against you in the future.

However, if you are a consumer and resident of any other country you will benefit from mandatory provisions of, and legal rights available to you under, the laws of that country. 11.6 You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer and resident of any other country you and we may also bring proceedings in that country.
