11.4 If we waive any rights available to us under these Terms of Use (or any other applicable terms) on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. 11.6 You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer and resident of any other country you and we may also bring proceedings in that country.
