Orders will only be shipped and delivered to addresses located in the United Kingdom. 

DELIVERY IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS WITH A FINAL BASKET VALUE OF OVER £40.

Standard Delivery

Delivery is £3.99 to Mainland UK or FREE with subscription orders.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £8, but also FREE with subscription orders.

After you make your order, it will be shipped within the next 1-3 business days. 

Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-3 business days.

If you have not received your order within 6 BUSINESS DAYS, please do get in contact with our team at support@zenb.co.uk

Please be aware that we are unable to process or deliver orders on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, this will be processed at the earliest on Monday.

We strive to deliver products to you in excellent condition, but if your products arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know. Our customer service team will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a refund.
