In order to produce food more mindfully, we work hard to make the most of nature's potential. For us, it’s about promoting the use of recyclable packaging wherever feasible, spreading knowledge about helping to reduce unnecessary food & water waste, and educating others about the advantages of using as much of the whole vegetable as possible, even parts that are frequently disregarded.

Yellow peas use less water than durum wheat

UK’s first pasta made of 100% Yellow Peas

ZENB pasta uses the entire yellow pea, from skin to core, although edible, the skins of yellow peas are often removed, however we saw it as an opportunity to make the most of the nutritional fibre, increasing the nutritional benefits of the pasta and also helping to reduce unnecessary food waste! With our proprietary technology, we were able to create a gluten-free pasta that does not compromise on taste and texture - don’t take our word for it, trust the multiple awards we have won in 2021.
