IS ZENB Pasta Gluten Free?

Yes, ZENB pasta is naturally gluten free! The pasta is made only from whole ground yellow peas.

Can you eat ZENB pasta if you have Coeliac disease?

ZENB Yellow Pea pasta is gluten free, and therefore suitable for a wheat free diet. However if you have celiac disease, we recommend you check the nutritionals thoroughly before trying any new product.


What are the ingredients in ZENB pasta?

ZENB pasta uses one simple tasty ingredient, the yellow pea! Our peas are milled, cooked, dried, and made into our Yellow Pea Pasta in three shape variations: Penne, Fusilli and Macaroni. Not only is our pasta gluten free, it’s also high in protein, fibre and potassium, and a source of iron.


What is ZENB pasta texture like?

Our pasta has been developed with the aim to create an al dente texture when cooked correctly. If made using the cooking times suggested, this texture can be achieved which provides a gluten free alternative pasta for your favourite meals.


What is the sugar content in ZENB Pasta?

The sugar content of ZENB pasta is 1.5g per 85g serving. 


Can diabetics eat ZENB pasta?

ZENB Pasta is a low glycemic index food, with a score of 36. To be considered Low GI, a food must score at less than 55.


ZENB Pasta is high in fibre and a good source of protein, and has 30% fewer net carbs than traditional pasta per 3oz serving. That said, we always recommend checking with your doctor or dietitian before adding our products to your diet.
