Whipped feta Christmas canapés on ZENB crackers, topped with apple, honey, and thyme for a festive appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g feta
  • 2tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Grated zest of half a lemon
  • 1 dessert apple, cored and finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2tbsp fresh lemon thyme leaves, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Crumble the feta into a blender or food processor and add the Greek yoghurt and lemon zest. Blitz until thick and creamy.

Spoon onto ZENB crackers and top with a slice of apple.

Drizzle over a little honey and scatter with chopped lemon thyme to serve.

Keep It Fresh: Prepare whipped feta ahead, but slice apples just before serving to keep them crisp and vibrant.
