Goodbye for now
With heavy hearts, and after much consideration, we’re announcing that due to the very challenging economic climate ZENB UK is closing.
You can continue to shop with us until the 21st of February, 2025.
Thank you for being part of our story, it has truly been our privilege.
You may have questions, so we have put together lots of answers for you here.
Why is ZENB UK closing?
ZENB is closing due to challenging global economic climate that has made it unsustainable to continue.
When is ZENB UK closing?
ZENB UK will be closing on the 28th of February, 2025. No payments will be taken after this date and all orders placed before the 21st of February will be honoured.
Is ZENB brand closing completely?

It won't be possible to purchase any ZENB products in the UK after the 21st of February, 2025.
Can we continue to buy ZENB products in the UK?
It won't be possible to purchase any ZENB products in the UK after the 21st of February, 2025.
Can I order products from Japan?
No, it's not possible for zenb.jp products to be delivered outside of Japan.
How can I get help after you have closed?
Please contact us at support@zenb.co.uk for any further information or questions. Our team is here to help after our closure, please email support@zenb.co.uk
Can your products be consumed after the best before date (BBE)?
At ZENB, we're all about making the most of your food, and that includes clearing up any confusion around Best Before dates. Unlike a Use By date (which is about food safety), a Best Before date is simply a guide to when your ZENB favourites will be at their peak quality. Here’s the great news: if you store them properly, many of our products are still perfectly good to enjoy after the Best Before date. Think of it as a recommendation, not a rule. So, if you've got some of our pasta or crackers hanging around past the date, give them a go! Use your judgement, if they look, smell, and taste fine, they probably are. That said, if something smells off or tastes unusual, it’s best to bin it. When in doubt, trust your instincts. Let’s work together to waste less and enjoy more!
How can I get a refund?
Please contact us at support@zenb.co.uk to discuss any refund.
