Tasty Tips

Burrata is a fresh cheese with a soft and creamy center similar to fresh mozzarella. It is usually sold packed in water in the specialty cheese section of the grocery store. Substitute fresh mozzarella cut into bite-size pieces, for the burrata.

Drizzle with a small amount of white or black truffle oil immediately before serving for a rich, complex flavour.
