Baked Feta Pasta

The perfect feta pasta dish, combining the simple yet delicious flavours of basil and cherry tomatoes with our yellow pea fusilli. Created by @Anna_Janecka
- 340g ZENB Fusilli
- 300g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 block of feta cheese
- ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil (garlic)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves – packed and finely chopped, plus more for garnish
- 6 TBS Freshly-squeezed Lemon Juice
- 6 TBS Parmesan Cheese – finely grated, plus more for garnish
- 2 TBS Honey
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Cook Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the feta block in the middle of the baking dish surrounded by the cherry tomatoes2.
Pour the olive oil on top, add chopped basil and season with salt and pepper3.
Bake covered in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, until the cherry tomatoes burst, and the feta cheese melts.4.
While the tomatoes and feta are baking, cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup of the cooking liquid in case you'd like to toss it in.5.
Took out the tomatoes with feta and basil, and toss everything to combine.6.
Transfer the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine. Garnish with more fresh basil and serve warm.
