Festive avocado, black bean, and tomato smash with coriander and lime, served with ZENB crackers for holiday dipping.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 400g can black beans, drained
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 ripe avocadoes, peeled and cubed
  • 25g bunch coriander, roughly chopped
  • Juice 1 lime

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and use a fork to crush gently until everything is mixed together but still has plenty of texture.

Serve with ZENB crackers for dipping.
