Festive avocado, black bean, and tomato smash with coriander and lime, served with ZENB crackers for holiday dipping.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 400g can black beans, drained
- 250g cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 ripe avocadoes, peeled and cubed
- 25g bunch coriander, roughly chopped
- Juice 1 lime
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Place all the ingredients in a bowl and use a fork to crush gently until everything is mixed together but still has plenty of texture.
2.Serve with ZENB crackers for dipping.
